Zero Tolerance for Harassment

We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy against any form of harassment, whether verbal, physical, or environmental. This includes, but is not limited to, derogatory comments, unwanted advances, visual displays of degrading imagery, or any conduct that creates an intimidating, hostile, or offensive working environment. Any employee who violates this policy will be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including immediate termination of employment.
